HISTORY & RETROSPECTIVE 2019-2025
From Start-Up Award to e4 Mobility Hub
From 2019 to 2025, the “Transforming Mobility” Startup Award provided startups, young companies, and teams from schools and universities with a platform to present their innovative ideas for mobility and energy. Under the patronage of Transportation Minister Winfried Hermann, MdL, and organized by JU-KNOW GmbH, the best concepts were recognized with awards, promoted, and presented to an audience of politicians, business leaders, media representatives, and potential customers.
Now, the e4 TESTIVAL is taking it a step further: The award is evolving into the e4 Mobility Hub, which brings together the Startup Demo Days and the Transforming Mobility Community. This creates a permanent platform where innovators can present their ideas, network, and collaborate over the long term to actively shape the mobility and energy of tomorrow.

- Sharing concepts, subscription models, non-profit offers, and multimodal solutions for urban and rural areas.
- Solutions for converting combustion vehicles to zero-emission vehicles
- Clever accessories and clothing for bicycle and e-bike users.
